Right of cancellation<\/em>
\nYou have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (K\u00f6nig Albert Gast\u00adst\u00e4tten\u00adbetriebs GmbH, Moritzburger Weg 67, 01109 Dresden) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. <\/p>\n

Consequences of cancellation<\/em>
\nIf you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
