We are delighted to announce that we have once again been recommended by the Slow Food Germany movement’s Genussf\u00fchrer (Enjoyment Guide). On July 15, 2025, the certificate was presented to our head chef and managing director, Olaf Kranz\u2014a valuable recognition of our long-standing and consistent commitment to the principles of Slow Food: good, clean, and fair food for everyone. <\/p>\n\n

This award not only fills us with pride but also confirms our commitment to cooking with responsibility and care. For our guests, this means one thing above all: the highest quality on the plate\u2014with ingredients that are produced seasonally, regionally, and sustainably. We work closely with local producers who share our values. This way, we know exactly where our food comes from and how it is processed\u2014no industrial mass-produced goods, but instead plenty of craftsmanship, transparency, and passion. <\/p>\n\n
