Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver within Germany only.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for delivery within Germany, calculated by weight. The shipping costs are clearly shown again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Up to 1.5 kg = 6 euros
Up to 3 kg = 9 euros
Up to 5 kg = 12 euros
Up to 10 kg = 16 euros
Up to 20 kg = 19 euros
No shipping costs apply for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased that are subject to lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be calculated definitively during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher—only lower, in your favour.
