We are delighted to announce that we have once again been recommended by the Slow Food Germany movement’s Genussführer (Enjoyment Guide). On July 15, 2025, the certificate was presented to our head chef and managing director, Olaf Kranz—a valuable recognition of our long-standing and consistent commitment to the principles of Slow Food: good, clean, and fair food for everyone.

This award not only fills us with pride but also confirms our commitment to cooking with responsibility and care.
