Challenge our taste buds! This year, we are once again part of the traditional Kochsternstunden. From February 6 to March 15, Dresden is searching for the best menu.
Our contribution stands for conscious enjoyment, artisanal care, and a true connection to the region. Inspired by the Slow Food philosophy, we create dishes that take time – to grow, to mature, and to be savored.
This year’s menu tells a story of happy ducks, local waters, and selected producers from Saxony. Classic flavors meet subtle fermentation, modern techniques meet respectful handling of the product. Each course is an invitation to taste more closely and rediscover regionality – honest, refined, and full of depth. Various wines, predominantly from the region, can accompany the menu upon request, completing your culinary star moments in the most tasteful way.
