Our traditional St. Martin’s goose menu

A crispy roasted goose lies in a black roasting pan, surrounded by browned potatoes and fresh herbs like rosemary. The golden-brown skin glistens appetizingly, with a meat fork stuck into the side of the roast. Once again this year, we are serving our traditional St. Martin’s goose at Schmidt’s – naturally sourced from the region, carefully selected, and refined with the best seasonal ingredients into a festive menu. Look forward to a piece of true autumn tradition. Bookable from November 12, only during our evening opening hours and only as long as the geese last.
