The anticipation is building: in 2027, we’ll be cooking at Kochsternstunden again—the major menu competition of Dresden’s top gastronomy. From February 5 to March 14, 2027, participating restaurants present their best menus, including wine pairings. And you, as our guest, decide who comes out on top.
We’re not revealing exactly what will end up on your plate just yet. Only this much: Olaf Kranz and his team are already working on a menu that brings together Saxon products from our partners with creative ideas. After our truffle evening this year, the bar is high—and that’s exactly how we like it.
